Vacationkids staff have know this property since it was first built as an NH real resort. Since becoming Now Jade this property has really come into it's own.

The 550 suites here are housed in two U shaped buildings with elevators. The lobby, restaurants and public areas sit in the middle of the two U shaped buildings make this property easily accessible.

The beach and endless pools here offer breathtaking vistas and really lend themselves to the idea of relaxation. Still there is a long list of day and evening activities geared to please every member of the family.

No wrist bands or restaurant reservations are ever needed here. As part of the all inclusive program here, Now Jade offers the Sip, Savor and See program.  Guests of Jade Now have the chance to enjoy dinner and live evening entertainment at participating nearby resorts; Now Jade Riviera Cancun, Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun, Dreams Puerto Aventuras Resort & Spa, Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa and Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa. This needs to be arranged with Concierge in advance and transportation is not included.

If there are any down sides to this resort or considerations parents need to make it would be....

1. There are sections of this beach that are rather rocky so we do recommend aqua shoes for the beach here.

2. The property is surrounded by jungle mangroves. Garden views tend to look rather swampy due to the nature of the area mangroves. We recommend upgrading to Ocean views whenever possible for added enjoyment.
