Our Vacationkids staff recently stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort. Pop Century is located closest to Epcot. Disney's Art of Animation sits just across the lake and the two resorts are connected by a walking bridge.

Disney's Pop Century resort is classified as one of their Value resorts. It offers basic accommodations with Disney's uniquely themed surroundings along with all of the benefits of staying inside of Walt Disney World like Disney Transportation, Magic Express, optional dining and extended park hours for your family to enjoy.

The lobby is filled with shadowbox displays full of memorabilia from each decade since the 1950's. Parents and children alike will enjoy sharing a stroll down memory lane full of iconic pop culture items.

Rooms here are basic style hotel rooms, fairly small in size. These rooms are fine for folks who plan on spending most of their time in the parks and are just looking for a comfortable place to sleep. These rooms would work great for families with young children but may be a bit crowded if sharing with tween and teens.

Disney Pop Century Resort offer a food court with cafeteria style, self service dining. There are plenty of health choices (as well as delicious deserts) but dining here is all about grab and go.

There are 3 large, themed heated pools on property. There is not much shade during the daytime. The pools tend to fill up after dark as folks return from the parks. Guests here were splashing in the pool late into the night.  If you have young children it may be best to request a quieter room either on a higher floor or one not facing the pool area.
