The Iberostar Maya Is the most upscale of the 4 family friendly all inclusive resorts located in the Iberostar Playa Paraiso complex. Guests of the Iberostar Paraiso Maya are free to use all facilities at the Iberostar Lindo, Del Mar & Beach.

The finely appointed lobby at the Iberostar Maya is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with covered walkways to guest room buildings. There are 423 upgraded suites offering families more space and elegance. This is the only family friendly resort within the complex that offers elevators.

Families here are free to enjoy over 14 restaurants, a dozen different pools, non-motorized watersports, golf, tennis and a long list of activities to please family members of all ages.

If there are any down sides to this resort or considerations parents need to make it would be....

-This is a HUGE property so pack your walking shoes. There is a shuttle train that helps to transport guests around the complex but expect lots of walking. We don't consider this resort to be very stroller friendly and we don't recommend it for guest with mobility issues.

-Iberostar Maya guest are giving priority when it comes to matters like restaurant reservations, tee times etc.
