La Hacienda - An a la carte Mexican restaurant, elegant dress and reservations are required. Men are requires to wear collar shirts and dress slacks and proper footwear.

El Rodizio - An a la carte Brazilian restaurant, elegant dress and reservations are required, men have to wear slacks.

La Dorada - An a la carte Mediterranean restaurant serving mainly fish and seafood specialties. Reservations and dress code required, men must wear slacks. Men are requires to wear collar shirts and dress slacks and proper foot wear.

El Puerto - Open air a la carte restaurant serving grill and steak specialties. Men are requires to wear collar shirts and dress slacks and proper foot wear.

El Mercado - An International buffet restaurant with gourmet show cooking, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant open for late night sncks from 11:00 pm to 5:30 am. Requires shirts with sleeves and proper foot wear at all times.

El Hashiru - An a la carte Japanese restaurant, elegant dress and reservations are required. This is a non-smoking restaurant. Men are requires to wear collar shirts and dress slacks, proper foot wear

El Faro - Snack bar and grill open during the day. Near pool an beach area. Swimsuit cover up or tee shirt and proper footwear is required. There is also an ice cream parlor where families can enjoy a cool, refreshing treat.

Room Service - is available between the hours of 11:00am and 11:00pm

Regarding reservations, the number of guaranteed reservations varies among the different hotels since this is established by their own management based on number of restaurants available on site & the average stay of their guests. Please see below the Length of Stay & Amount of Guaranteed Reservations

Length of Stay & Amount of Guaranteed Reservations:

  •  3 nights - 1 guaranteed reservation.
  • 4 - 6 nights - 2 guaranteed reservations
  •  7 - 9 nights - 3 guaranteed reservations.
  • 10 - 13 nights - 4 guaranteed reservations.
  • 14 nights - 5 guaranteed reservations.

Restrictions:

• Reservations have to be made in advance.

• Dress code applies: gentlemen must wear shirts with sleeves at all specialty restaurants, and they must wear long trousers at most of them. Appropriate footwear is also encouraged.

• Also, at certain restaurants there is a minimum age: e.g. Gourmet El Museo at Paraiso Lindo and Gourmet L'Etoile at Paraiso Maya (12 years).

• Any extra reservation will be granted only if there is availability on the very same day. Guests are placed on a waiting list and they will be notified that afternoon
