Grand Palladium Riviera Resort Reviews

     
The Grand Palladium Riviera has been a preferred resort for our clients. For this reason, our staff have visited many times and can answer any and all fo your questions first hand. If not, we staff right on property who can.

The Grand Palladium White Sands is located 1.5 hours south of Cancun airport.  Because this resort is a favorite of our clients, our Vacationkids staff have visited numerous times and are very familiar with all of it's amenities. We'd be glad to answer your questions and help with your reservations and request.

The Riviera and White Sands Sections are basically mirror images and identical resorts.  The same is true of the Colonial and Kantenah side to the property.  The difference is the Riviera and White Sands Resorts are all suite properties offering family of five friendly Jr suites and 1 bedroom suites. This side of the resort is better suited for larger families or families looking for more space and privacy. Remember guests of the Grand Palladium Riviera are free to use any and all facilities at the 4 family friendly all inclusive properties within this resort complex.

If there are any down sides to this resort or considerations parents should know about the Grand Palladium Riviera it would be....

-Parents should anticipate a 1- 1.5 hour ride from Cancun Airport depending on time, day and traffic. Transfer buses that make multiple passenger stops en route can double the time it takes.  Our agents HIGHLY recommend upgrading to NON STOP airport transportation for this reason.

-There are covered wooden bridges with stairs over the large pools and lagoons.  The Grand Palladium Complex is not stroller friendly and not recommended for any guests with mobility issues.

-This is a HUGE property. There are golf cart trains and covered waiting stops but expect lots of walking.

-All guest rooms are located in three story buildings that do not have elevators.
