Akumal Beach Resort Club

The Akumal Beach Resort offers a small children's area and playground over on the older side of the resort. It was closed during our visit. The kids club here is available for kids ages 4-12. It is open from 9:30am to noon. It reopens from 3:30pm to 5pm and there is a supervised kids dinner activities from 7-8:30pm in the main dining room.

To be honest, even the resort manager told Sally and Suzie that most kids end up spending more time with their parents playing on the beach than they do in the kids club. Once again, this is the kind of resort where kids and parents spend time together.
