The Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort is a fun filled family resort seated on a large piece of property that formally was a colonial sugar cane plantation in the Rose Hall area of Montego Bay. This resort sit adjacent to its two sister properties, the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites and the Adult only Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall. Families staying at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort can only use the facilities at their own hotel. Families staying at the Iberostar Suites and Adult guests of the Iberostar Grand Hotel are free to also use all the facilities at the Beach Resort. The Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort is located a short 20 minute drive from Montego Bay airport, 30 minutes from downtown Montego Bay and 20 minutes from Falmouth. It is ideal situated for golf and easy access to all of Jamaica's famous sightseeing excursions.

The Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort has the feel of a small, intimate resort of 368 rooms. It is built in the shape of a U so just about every room has some sort of water view facing the ocean. The centerpiece of this family resort is fabulous infinity pool overlooking the magnificent Caribbean Sea, featuring a Jacuzzi and swim-up bar. This all inclusive resort offers daily and nightly entertainment as well as aerobics, dance lessons, water polo, beach volleyball, ping-pong, billiards and table soccer as well as many more organized activities around the pool area or at the beach

The pool area is surrounded by beautiful lush gardens the palms that sway in the breeze. Vacationkids Sally Black toured this property our friend Kim. Sally had nothing but compliments to share with Kim and her staff. She was greeted everywhere with impeccable service and huge smiles.

Iberostar was right when they used the word BEACH in the name of this resort. This property sits on a gorgeous stretch of sand and sea. Fine white sand to tickle your family's toes with clear bright, sparkling water. As you walk along this beach you'll find patches of deciduous trees and palms offering your family the perfect blend of sun or shade.

The Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort is very easy to access and navigate. The property is equipped with elevators. Most of the resort offer guest walkways and ramps, even down to the beach, so it is very easy to get around if you have a stroller or are traveling with a family member that may have mobility issues.

Rooms at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort are available with either two double or one king bed. There are very few connecting rooms available at this resort. The age break for children is age 12. Children age 3 and younger stay free. Rooms at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort have a maximum occupancy rule of 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and under or 3 adults with one child. Rooms are available with either two double beds or one king bed. Each room features cable television with remote control, air conditioning, ceiling fan, in-room safe, complimentary mini-bar, coffee-maker, ironing set and a balcony. Any extra reservation will be granted only if there is availability on the very same day. Guests are placed on a waiting list and they will be notified that afternoon. Guests may also choose from six bars that serve a selection of international and domestic beer, wine and premium brand liquor. A dress code applies in all specialty restaurants. Gentlemen must wear shirts with collars and sleeves, like a golf or Caribbean shirt, at all specialty restaurants. Men must also they must wear long trousers and closed leather shoes are also encouraged. Woman and children can wear casual, nice sportswear. Generally guests are asked not to wear any beach wear to dinner at night time. Most restaurants are non smoking and some have minimum age requirements for children.

Lucy's kids club is open from 10am to 5 pm daily for children ages 4 to 12, daily. This kids club offers both indoor and outdoor activities including a small splash pool. Kids can enjoy painting, sand castle contests, arts and crafts, pool and beach activities, swimming, Olympic games, and indoor movies and activities. Babysitting services are also available at extra cost.
