Passports all come with expiration dates. If you love to travel then at some point, you will need to renew your passport.  If your US passport was issued when you were 16 years old or older, then your passport is valid for 10 years. If your US passport was issued when you were 15 years old or younger, your passport is valid for 5 years.

If you plan to fly internationally outside of the U.S. , ALL passengers including infants and children will be requied to present a valid passport at airport check in.  Cruise Ships have different requirements but we do HIGHLY recommend all passnegers have a valid passport for any cruise vacation too.

Many folks think a family cruise is well beyond their reach. Truth is, if your family can afford a trip to a theme park or a hotel vacation then planning a family cruise is certainly an affordable option for you.

Cruise prices start around $75 per person per day and from there the sky is the limit.  With 70% of U.S. families living within a one day's drive of a major port city, this also means you can "DRIVE" to exotic ports of call while saving the hassles and major expense of airline tickets for your entire clan.
