The Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites is a great choice for parents who want to spend quality family beach time together with their children. This resort does not offer an organized kids club but does have a playground for young children to enjoy. If parents are looking for a few hours to play a round of golf, take a bike ride or rejuvenate with a romantic candle lit dinner, Beachscape Kin Ha works with a local fully certified nanny service to provide babysitting. Personalize babysitting with certified nannies is available for an additional fee of $10 per hour up to 2 kids. Babysitting can be arranged 24 hours in advance with the tour desk in the lobby.

The Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites is considered EP or European plan resort. This means your meals are NOT included in the price of your vacation. All rooms include a balcony or patio, individually controlled air conditioning, safety deposit boxes, kitchen utensils, microwaves, direct dial phones with internet access, cable TV and bathrooms with hair dryers.

Basically speaking kids under 12 stay free at Ambiance Villas with the EP/No Meals plan OR they pay a bit extra per week for a stay with a meal plan. As we have outlined below, the occupancy rules do change at Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites during peak travel times like the December holidays and spring break weeks. During busy school break weeks the resort does limit the number of children allowed per room. Price here are based on per person rates for a 7 night stay with airfare and kids are considered to age 12 and younger. Kids over age 12 need to pay adult fares...

Standard Room-
Bedding - two double beds in one large room
Will accommodate a maximum of four adults or two adults and two children under 12 stay free. Rooms have patios or balconies and bathrooms with shower only. There are NO cooking facilities with this room, it is like a regular hotel room.

Studios-
Bedding - two double beds in one large room
Will accommodate up to four adults or two adults and two children under 12 staying for free .These rooms has a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, compact refrig, toaster and blender. Please note there are no stoves or ovens with the studios. There is a small kitchenette table. Studio bathrooms offer showers but no bathtubs.

One Bedroom Suites-
Bedding- 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa
This is great for parents and families who want some extra privacy. This room will also accommodate either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There is a master bedroom with one king bed and TV and a separate living room/dinning room with a queen size sleeper sofa, two wing chairs, coffer table and six chair dinning room set. One bedroom suites offer a fully functional kitchen with four burner range and full size refrig. Again there are no bathtubs only a shower in the bathroom.

Two Bedroom Suites-
Bedding- 1 king bed, 2 double beds and 1 queen sofa bed
This room works great for families of 5 or 6. It will accommodate up to 8 people with a maximum of 6 adults and two children. During peak holiday and spring vacations a maximum limit of 4 kids under the age of 12 will be allowed in this room. The two bedroom suites are basically a standard room and an adjoining one bedroom suite with one fully equipped kitchen with four burner range and full size refrig. There is one king bedroom and the second bedroom has two double beds. Each bedroom offers separate entrances with a key to each bedroom. Each bedroom has their own TV, Balcony or patio, safe, and bathroom with shower but no tub. Both rooms share a living room/dinning room common area with queen size sleeper sofas.

Three Bedroom Suites-
Bedding- 1 king, 4 double beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa
Will accommodate up to 12 persons with a maximum of 6 children during peak holiday travel weeks. This is a one bedroom suite and standard room adjoined with a studio so there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers, three TV's, three balconies all with separate key lock entrances and a common living room area with a queen sleeper sofa.
