Ambiance Villas is a new and unique concept for vacationing families. It is part resort and part home away from home. Families can stay here and prepare their own meals OR they can purchase a meal plan. Ambiance Villas is located just 30 minutes from Cancun Airport right in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone. Again Ambiance Villas All Suite Resort are not your typical resort and remember this is resort does NOT offer all the features that an all inclusive resort offers. A stay at Ambiance villas is more like staying in a condo or your own apartment. There are basic resort features like a beautiful pool, friendly front desk staff, maid service and a tour desk to arrange activities like tours, car rentals and water sports but the water sports are all off property and you pay extra for these things.

One feature Ambiance Villas does offer is a FREE kids club for children open daily from 9am - 5pm. These complimentary children's activities for 4-12 year olds including Spanish lessons, pinata making, sand castle building, cooking lessons, water balloon tournaments, dance lessons, body painting, dress-up, balloon sculptures, ice cream parties and scavenger hunts. The activities are fully supervised by friendly and responsive staff every day giving mom and dad some time to play on their own. If parents are looking for a few more hours to rejuvenate with a round of golf, a bike ride or romantic candle lit dinner, Ambiance Villas works with a local fully certified nanny service to provide babysitting.
Personalize babysitting with certified nannies is available for an additional fee and can be arranged 24 hours in advance with the tour desk.

Guest have their choice of two different types of stays when they visit Ambiance villas. The first is considered EP or European plan. This means your meals and activities are NOT included in the price of your vacation. All rooms come with kitchenette or full cooking facilities including all utensils. Right across the street from Ambiance Villas is a local market where you can find everything you'll need to prepare fresh, nourishing meals for your family. There is also a "Gourmet To Go" super-deli right on the resort grounds offering freshly prepared meals to go. Ambiance villas also offer guests ala carte dining options to purchase meals at their two restaurants...LA TERRAZA RESTAURANT & BAR, provides an elegant indoor and outdoor setting for all-day dining with ocean view and LA PALAPA, relaxed beach bar and grill, serving light fare, snacks and drinks served by the pool and on the beach.
The second type of stay is a stay WITH a meal plan. Families can also elect to purchase the meal program at Ambiance Villas resort which offers

Ambiance Villas is the perfect solution for larger families, extended families and families of teens that all want to stay in the same room/suite. It is one of the few resorts in Cancun that will accommodate these types of families. Ambiance Villas features some of the largest suites in Cancun, including tastefully and comfortably furnished studios with kitchenette and 1, 2 & 3 bedroom suites with complete
kitchens, incorporated into a resort setting. All rooms include a balcony or patio, individually controlled air conditioning, safety deposit boxes, kitchen utensils, microwaves, direct dial phones with internet access, cable TV and bathrooms with hair dryers.
Basically speaking kids under 12 stay free at Ambiance Villas with the EP/No Meals plan OR they pay a bit extra per week for a stay with a meal plan. As we have outlined below, the occupancy rules do change at Abiance Villas during peak travel times. During busy school break weeks the resort does limit the number of children allowed per room. Price here are based on per person rates for a 7 night stay with airfare and kids are considered to age 12 and younger. Kids over age 12 need to pay adult fares...
Standard Room-
Bedding - two double beds in one large room
Will accommodate a maximum of four adults or two adults and two children under 12 stay free. Rooms have patios or balconies and bathrooms with shower only. There are NO cooking facilities with this room, it is like a regular hotel room.
Studios-
Bedding - two double beds in one large room
Will accommodate up to four adults or two adults and two children under 12 staying for free.These rooms has a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, compact refrig, toaster and blender. Please note there are no stoves or ovens with the studios. There is a small kitchenette table. Studio bathrooms offer showers but no bathtubs.
One Bedroom Suites-
Bedding- 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa
This is great for parents and families who want some extra privacy.
This room will also accommodate either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
There is a master bedroom with one king bed and TV and a separate living room/dinning room with a queen size sleeper sofa, two wing chairs, coffe table and six chair dinning room set. One bedroom suites offer a fully functional kitchen with four burner range and full size refrig. Again there are no bathtubs only a shower in the bathroom.
Two Bedroom Suites-
Bedding- 1 king bed, 2 double beds and 1 queen sofa bed
This room works great for families of 5 or 6. It will accommodate up to 8 people with a maximum of 6 adults and two children. During peak holiday and spring vacations a maximum limit of 4 kids under the age of 12 will be allowed in this room.
The two bedroom suites are basically a standard room and an adjoining one bedroom suite with one fully equipped kitchen with four burner range and full size refrig. There is one king bedroom and the second bedroom has two double beds. Each bedroom offers separate entrances with a key to each bedroom. Each bedroom has their own TV, Balcony or patio, safe, and bathroom with shower but no tub. Both rooms share a living room/dinning room common area with queen size sleeper sofas.
Three Bedroom Suites-
Bedding- 1 king, 4 double beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa
Will accommodate up to 12 persons with a maximum of 6 children during peak holiday travel weeks. This is a one bedroom suite and standard room adjoined with a studio so there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers, three TV's, three balconies all with separate key lock entrances and a common living room area with a queen sleeper sofa.
