The hotel consists of 453 rooms and luxury suites. The Krystal Hotel Cancun offers an all inclusive program BUT it also offers a lower EP rate where families can purchase their food & drinks either at the resort or local area restaurants. This is great for families that don't drink or have kids with little appetites.

When it comes to rooms, the Krystal has something to suite just about every family. Besides regular rooms, it also offers guaranteed adjoining rooms that will accommodate families of 5 or 6 people with 3 or 4 kids.  These guaranteed adjoining rooms are also great for kids with early bedtimes or parents looking for a little privacy & romance while on vacation.

If all this isn't enough for a perfect family vacation, The Krystal Hotel Cancun even has Kids Stay Free offers at certain times of the year. It will allow up to 2 kids to stay free and this is only for the all inclusive plan. General the "kids free" deal runs from May thru early December and black out dates apply during holiday weeks.
