Best Disney World Park There is a lot to see and do at each of the four theme parks in Walt Disney World.  Sometimes it can be overwhelming to try to visit all of the parks in one visit. It might just be that you prefer quality time vs. quantitiy of parks. Maybe you can only squeeze in a short vacation this year? What if the Grandparents want to enjoy some magic with your little ones but stamina is an issue. Perhaps you have found that you actually enjoy one park over the others or maybe you have no interest in visiting the other parks.

Magic Kingdom is a great place for your little ones.  One summer when my girls were both under the age of two we spent a day at Magic Kingdom, that was enough.  The girls do not remember the trip, but I remember their excitement and all the fun things they were able to do, even though they were so young.  Now that they are getting older and there is even more for them to do with the addition of Fantasyland we could easily spend more than one day at Magic Kingdom alone.  The parades, rides, and shows never seem to get old no matter how many times I've seen them or ridden on them.

Epcot is somewhat of an adults paradise to me.  You could spend the day just wondering through the World Showcase, visiting all the countries, sampling new foods, and shopping.  In the past I would have easily skipped Epcot for one of the other parks, but the older I get, the more I enjoy this park.  I always discover something new when I visit this park, which I believe is why it is so appealing to adults, but there are a lot of fun things for the kids as well and the educational opportunities are endless.

Hollywood Studios is a great place for the entire family or a group of friends who are looking for a one park visit.  I find this park to be more laid back and enjoy stopping to watch the cast members perform in the streets.  If you only make it to Hollywood Studios you should ride The Tower of Terror, play against your family/friends on the Toy Story Midway Mania ride, and enjoy a 50's style meal together at The 50's Prime Time Cafe.  There is certainly enough to fill your entire day at this park and before you leave for the night make sure you watch Fantasmic with your family and friends!

Animal Kingdom is another great park for the family or a group of friends.  If you are an animal lover, than this is the park you should focus on for a one park Disney visit.  The educational opportunities alone make this park a fantastic vacation spot.  Remember to arrive early and head right for the Kilimanjaro Safari ride located at the back of the park.  The animals are liveliest in the morning when they wake up and the sun is not to hot.  Also plan on leaving this park earlier than the other parks as the hours are shorter since the animals need their rest.

Once you decide which Disney World Park(s) are right for you, the next step will be to choice the right ticket admission package. To Park hop or not is a big question that we are asked time and again. Generally the answer is "it depends"....on your circumstances, your family's preferences, vacation style and more.  This is why it really does pay to work with one of our Vacationkids Disney Experts who is there to help you stretch your vacation dollars so that you can enjoy the most fun possible.

Do you have a favorite Walt Disney World theme park?  Are there any that you have no interest in visiting?  Tell us why and let us know if you have ever centered your Walt Disney World vacation around one park!
